Hadrian in Los Angeles is hiring a Workforce Training Coordinator to build and stand up training programs and facilities as we expand our manufacturing footprint. You will coordinate in-person pilot programs, lining up participants, trainers, spaces, equipment and materials to run at scale.

The role grows to maintain scheduling and logistics across sites, with a focus on keeping programs on time, accurate records, and readiness for upcoming factories.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in coordination, project coordination, logistics or operations support.
• Experience launching new programs, teams or sites on time.
• Experience managing schedules and resources for multiple people.
• Strong written and verbal communication at all levels.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Willingness to travel ~20% to other sites.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate in-person pilot programs in Los Angeles.
• Support new training teams as they stand up, ensuring spaces and materials.
• Plan training facilities for upcoming factories and readiness.
• Create schedules, trackers and checklists for programs.
• Maintain training records and flag risks early.
• Manage ongoing scheduling and logistics across sites.
