Hadrian seeks a Workforce Training Coordinator to organize training pilots and ramp new facilities, beginning with Los Angeles. You will coordinate spaces, schedules, and materials and hand off ready-to-run programs as sites expand across our manufacturing footprint.

You will work with cross-functional teams, manage multiple pilots, and adapt plans as priorities shift, while traveling about 20% to other sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in coordination, logistics, or operations support.
• Experience launching new programs, teams, spaces, or sites.
• Experience managing schedules and resources for multiple people/projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication across all levels.
• Proven ability to stay organized and meet deadlines.
• Comfort with calendars, spreadsheets, and project-tracking software.
• Ability to adapt plans as priorities change.
• Willingness to travel ~20%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate in-person pilot programs in Los Angeles, aligning participants, trainers, space, and materials.
• Support new training teams as they stand up, ensuring space, materials, and schedules are ready.
• Plan training facilities for upcoming factories with facility teams and track readiness.
• Create schedules, trackers, checklists, and training records; flag risks early.
• Manage ongoing scheduling and logistics as programs ramp across sites.
