Job summary

Equus is seeking a seasoned professional to provide leadership, coordination, workforce intelligence, and industry engagement under the Workforce Solutions Borderplex contract. You will liaise with workforce partners, educational institutions, staffing agencies, and community stakeholders to align activities with board priorities and performance expectations.

Responsibilities include steering strategic industry support, managing referrals, and producing workforce dashboards and monthly reports,

Qualifications

• Five years of progressively responsible experience in workforce development or related fields.
• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and reporting skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple partners and workforce system stakeholders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Industry Support and Integrated Workforce System Coordination activities.
• Support innovation and development initiatives through industry engagement and workforce intelligence gathering.
• Facilitate workforce system coordination meetings and partnership roundtables.
• Coordinate communication among operations, staff, contractors, educational institutions, and community partners.
• Review workforce intelligence, hiring demand, and emerging industry trends.
• Oversee employer assignment activities and referral processes.
• Monitor data, outcomes, and contract performance; ensure compliance.
