Equus Workforce Solutions is seeking an Employer Service Specialist to serve as the primary employer-facing representative for Workforce Solutions Borderplex. You will conduct employer outreach, assess workforce needs, manage job orders in Work In Texas, and support recruitment events to strengthen employer partnerships.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least three years in business services or related roles, plus strong CRM skills and excellent communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years in business services, employer engagement, workforce development, recruitment or related roles.
• Experience with CRM or workforce system platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary employer-facing representative for Workforce Solutions Borderplex activities.
• Conduct employer outreach and workforce consultations to identify needs.
• Manage job orders within Work In Texas and ensure posting quality.
• Support recruitment events, job fairs, and employer engagement activities.
• Track outcomes and maintain documentation in approved systems.
