Qualifications

• Experience in workforce services, human resources, labor relations, staffing, employee relations, or construction administration.
• Experience supervising personnel or coordinating workforce programs.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and workforce management systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct workforce planning and mobilization in support of staffing plans and project schedules.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, badging, accreditation, and entry requirements.
• Oversee employment verification, I-9 processing, background screening coordination, and documentation.
• Develop and review workforce metrics, reports, dashboards, and compliance tracking tools.
• Coordinate onboarding programs, orientation activities, and workforce training requirements.
• Oversee compliance with workforce policies, labor requirements, and regulatory obligations.
• Provide daily leadership to Workforce Services personnel and develop procedures for continuous improvement.
• Foster relationships with project stakeholders and support organizations.
