Job summary

Bechtel is looking for a seasoned logistic professional to support large-scale EPC projects at Cheyenne, WY. You will manage domestic and international multi-leg shipments, coordinate with Field Engineering, Construction, and vendors, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery of materials using Oracle-based systems.

Key duties include tracking performance metrics, auditing processes, and maintaining alignment with the Materials Management Plan while supporting project controls and supplier

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) and 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with scheduling deliveries through OTR or similar automation tool.
• Knowledge of Bechtel DSCS and procurement automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate materials availability with Field Engineering, Construction, and Subcontractors.
• Schedule deliveries using Oracle-based Material Management Software.
• Track deliveries to site and generate performance metrics.
• Align with Materials Management Plan and report deviations for approvals.
• Coordinate with drivers/dispatchers for deliveries.
