You will coordinate outreach, recruitment events, and interview logistics while supporting placement success and ongoing relationships with employers. The role requires a strong outreach background, excellent communication, and the ability to operate across education staff, instructors, and community partners to place

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or two years of experience in a related position.
• Strong sales/outreach background.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to identify trends and adjust strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with local employers and businesses with hiring needs.
• Identify and cultivate new employer partners for program graduates.
• Meet with employers to understand workforce needs and job opportunities.
• Build a pipeline of employment opportunities for graduates across industries.
• Coordinate employer events, interviews, and job-shadowing opportunities.
• Assist with building resumes aligned to employer needs.
