Job summary

American Connection Corps, a full-time ACC AmeriCorps position within Coalfield Development Corporation, offers a year-long commitment serving West Virginia and Central Appalachia to strengthen workforce readiness and digital inclusion. You will handle data, assist with intake, and connect participants to resources while collaborating with WRAPS partners and employers.

Qualifications

• Passion for community service and helping neighbors access digital tools and opportunities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with partners and participants.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team under supervision.
• Interest in gaining experience in community development or digital inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Support data input into the organization’s data management system under staff supervision.
• Assist with intake data collection and partner recruitment for trainings.
• Support program exit data collection and participant outcome tracking.
• Coordinate with WRAPS Partners to connect trainees with resources and opportunities.
• Help link local employers to training and strengthen partner coordination.
• Maintain files and ensure data security and confidentiality.
