Job summary

Northbridge University is seeking a Workforce Partnership Director to lead strategic partnerships with local and regional employers and organizations, driving student growth and brand awareness within the region.

The role reports to the VP of Strategic Business Development and Career Services and involves representing NU at events, nurturing executive relationships, and developing tailored partnership solutions that align with institutional objectives.

• Maintains accurate CRM records, including contacts, opportunities, activities, timelines, and follow-up.
• Develops and executes B2B and B2B2C communications and engagement strategies.

At Northbridge University, we are looking for a Workforce Partnership Director!

Summary

The Workforce Partnership Director is responsible for developing strategic partnerships with local and/or regionally based employers, associations, and organizations that will lead to increased student growth & brand awareness within those accounts. The Workforce Partnership Director will identify future growth opportunities and key organizations that fit within the Northbridge University model within their region. Additionally, the Workforce Partnership Director will represent NU at various in-person and virtual events. The position reports to the VP of Strategic Business Development and Career Services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Partner Development & Account Management

• Identify, develop, and manage strategic relationships with local, regional, and national employers and organizations within the assigned territory.
• Develops and executes account strategies, including goals, timelines, growth opportunities, and follow-up activities.
• Builds relationships with executive-level decision-makers to identify workforce needs and develop customized education, training, and partnership solutions.
• Maintains accurate CRM records, including contacts, opportunities, activities, timelines, and follow-up.
• Develops and executes B2B and B2B2C communications and engagement strategies.

Lead Generation & Brand Development

• Increase Northbridge University’s visibility, brand awareness, and quality student lead generation within the assigned market.
• Represent Northbridge at employer and community events, conferences, education fairs, webinars, virtual events, and other strategic engagement opportunities.

Community & Workforce Engagement

• Build relationships with community and workforce organizations to position Northbridge as a strategic solution provider for workforce development needs.
• Identify and recommend sponsorships, community partnerships, and engagement opportunities that align with institutional and business objectives.

Product & Institutional Knowledge

• Maintain current knowledge of Northbridge University’s programs, offerings, policies, and procedures to effectively communicate solutions to partners and prospective students.
