Job summary

MSG Entertainment Holdings, LLC is hiring a Manager Workforce to lead a team supporting venue operations and HR for time & attendance, scheduling, and CBA rule implementation. You will troubleshoot escalated issues, coach staff, and test new system configurations with the workforce IT team.

The role requires 4+ years of supervisory experience in theater/arena settings, strong Excel skills, and the ability to improve processes while ensuring policy adherence across multiple units.

Qualifications

• 4+ years supervisory experience in theater/arena settings preferred.
• Experience with Collective Bargaining (CBA) work rules and scheduling preferred.
• Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, formulas) and ability to learn new systems.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage time and deadlines.
• Ability to handle high-volume frontline employee interactions with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Available and responsive to the needs of managers and employees, ensuring policy adherence.
• Oversee payroll submissions and time & attendance record keeping.
• Own End of Period Processing and advance pay weeks in the system.
• Develop and lead training for system end users from frontline to leadership.
• Maintain SOPs and cross-train direct reports for contingency coverage.
• Communicate changes and provide coaching and feedback to staff.
• Deliver exceptional on-site experiences while adhering to guidelines.
