Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day One-Stop Operator activities and requirements.
• Maintain OSO documentation, meeting records, and reports.
• Communicate with workforce partners and assist with partner meetings.
• Track deadlines and required deliverables.
• Assist the Workforce Development Manager with system activities and events.
• Coordinate fall, spring, and summer Lifelong Learning schedules.
• Recruit and communicate with instructors.
• Coordinate course dates, locations, supplies, and program needs.
• Manage participant communication and registration support.
• Identify new community enrichment course ideas.
• Assist with promoting Lifelong Learning programs.
• Track enrollment and participant feedback.
• Support community-based and on-campus Lifelong Learning activities.
• Provide excellent customer service to participants, instructors, and partners.
• Maintain accurate program records.
• Assist with Continuing Education events and special projects.
