Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing across multiple client systems and VMS platforms.
• Manage iLabor to distribute open requisitions to approved sub-vendors.
• Track requisition progress, candidate activity, and vendor performance.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure start dates are met for all new hires.
• Create and maintain daily new-start rosters and badges for new employees.
• Complete new-employee setup in workforce management and client systems.
• Ensure accurate daily punches and staffing records across systems.
• Communicate with vendors and client teams to resolve issues promptly.
