Eclipse Advantage is seeking an Employee Onboarding and Engagement Specialist in Smyrna, TN to support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance at a client site. This onsite role requires strong organization, people skills, and responsiveness in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will coordinate interviews, orientations, and start dates, while maintaining a positive onboarding experience and ensuring client-specific hiring and compliance requirements are met.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in staffing, recruiting, HR, or employee engagement
• Experience in a fast-paced onsite environment is a plus
• Bilingual Spanish/English required for effective communication

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment activities and enter requisitions into ATS
• Coordinate candidate interviews, orientations, and start dates
• Conduct onboarding orientations and daily employee engagement activities
• Monitor attendance and report concerns to client leadership
• Ensure compliance with pre-employment and client requirements
• Maintain accurate employee records and timekeeping data
