About the Role & Team

We are seeking a skilled UKG Configurator to join a dynamic, collaborative team of approximately 8 technical professionals currently driving a major global rollout of the UKG Pro WFM (Workforce Management) application. This initiative is transforming our payroll and timekeeping operations across multiple countries. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our payroll and timekeeping infrastructure from a payroll perspective, configuring the system according to user stories, and ensuring seamless integration and alignment across the broader technical ecosystem.

A Typical Day in the Role

• Agile Workflow & Collaboration: Participate in team meetings (approximately twice a week) and sync daily to pick up tasks where you left off.
• Jira & Ticket Management: Log into Jira to review assigned user stories and manage your daily deliverables.
• System Configuration & Testing: Configure the lower environments based strictly on specifications detailed in user stories, conducting rigorous reviews and testing.
• Team Synergy: Regularly review configurations as a team, interacting closely with fellow configurators, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
