Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain preferred.
8–10 years of equivalent industry experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
4–6 years experience in warehouse, distribution, industrial engineering, workforce management, or related operations environments.

Responsibilities

Maintain and support the workforce management system and partner with operations leadership to improve productivity and resource utilization.
Develop, implement, and maintain labor standards for warehouse operations.
Conduct time studies and workflow analysis to establish accurate performance expectations.
Maintain warehouse layouts, process maps, and operational flow documentation.
Collect and analyze operational data to identify labor and process improvement opportunities.
Review workforce management reports and performance metrics with supervisors and management teams.
Train supervisors and support staff on workforce management tools, reporting processes, labor standards, and performance measurement methodologies.
Maintain system data including job codes, equipment information, security access, schedules, and related files.
Validate labor standards and recommend corrective actions when changes occur.
Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
Evaluate labor adjustment requests and ensure data accuracy and consistency.

What You Will Do

As a Workforce Management Process Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the workforce management system while partnering with operations leadership to improve productivity, efficiency, and resource utilization.

What You Will Need

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
Equivalent industry experience of 8-10 years may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Possess 4-6 years of experience in warehouse, distribution, industrial engineering, workforce management, or related operations environments.

Skills & Abilities

Knowledge of warehouse and distribution center operations.
Experience conducting time studies, labor analysis, or process improvement activities.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Proficiency with computer applications, databases, and reporting tools.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to train and coach operational personnel on workforce management processes and tools.
Ability to analyze data and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
