Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, HR, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years of analytical, scheduling, workforce management experience required
  • 1+ years with UKG or similar scheduling software desired

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Workforce Management and assigned departments to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Lead scheduling, labor budgeting, and productivity targets to maximize cost savings.
  • Monitor labor spend and staffing trends; address variances.
  • Partner with leaders to forecast staffing needs for seasonal and events.
  • Drive process improvements to improve scheduling accuracy and labor reporting.
