Job summary

Wild Adventures in Valdosta, GA is seeking a Workforce Management Lead to design and manage labor plans, schedules, and budgets across park departments. You’ll drive efficiency, ensure compliance, and partner with leaders to forecast demand and optimize staffing using UKG.

You are a data-driven leader with 2–3 years in scheduling or WFM, plus hospitality or theme park experience. On-site role with growth opportunities and a focus on guest service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, HR, or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years of analytical, scheduling, workforce management experience required
• 1+ years with UKG or similar scheduling software desired

Responsibilities

• Oversee Workforce Management and assigned departments to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Lead scheduling, labor budgeting, and productivity targets to maximize cost savings.
• Monitor labor spend and staffing trends; address variances.
• Partner with leaders to forecast staffing needs for seasonal and events.
• Drive process improvements to improve scheduling accuracy and labor reporting.
