Job summary

Uline in Kenosha, WI is seeking a Workforce Management Forecaster to build and maintain forecasts for 1000+ Customer Service staff across North America, guiding staffing to meet demand.

You will analyze demand, orders, and sales trends using seasonality and trend analysis, track forecast accuracy, and present findings to senior leadership. This on-site role emphasizes precision and cross-location collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of forecasting experience; experience with workforce management scheduling software preferred.
• 3+ years of Excel experience with strong knowledge of formula definitions.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving, analytical and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain forecasts for 1000+ Customer Service employees, ensuring teams are staffed to meet customer demand.
• Analyze customer demand, order volume and sales trends using weighted averages, indexing, seasonality and trend analysis to guide staffing plans.
• Monitor forecast performance and refine planning approaches to improve accuracy and support operational goals.
• Conduct root cause analyses to identify workforce management forecasting and scheduling process improvements.
• Effectively communicate data trends and expected outcomes to leadership, including senior management.
