Job summary

Uline is seeking a Workforce Management Forecaster at its Kenosha, WI location to develop forecasts for 1000+ Customer Service employees and guide staffing aligned to demand across North America. You’ll apply data-driven analysis to drive accuracy and operational goals, collaborating with leadership to share trends and outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring forecasting experience, Excel expertise, and strong analytical skills to optimize workforce planning and scheduling processes in a high-volume

Qualifications

• 2+ years of forecasting experience for large teams.
• 3+ years of Excel experience with complex formulas.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain forecasts for 1000+ Customer Service employees, ensuring staffing meets demand.
• Analyze customer demand, order volume and sales trends using weighted averages, indexing, seasonality and trend analysis to guide staffing plans.
• Monitor forecast performance and refine planning approaches to improve accuracy and support operational goals.
• Conduct root cause analyses to identify workforce management forecasting and scheduling process improvements.
• Communicate data trends and expected outcomes to leadership, including senior management.

Position Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain forecasts for 1000+ Customer Service employees, ensuring teams are staffed to meet customer demand.

• Analyze customer demand, order volume and sales trends using weighted averages, indexing, seasonality and trend analysis to guide staffing plans.

• Monitor forecast performance and refine planning approaches to improve accuracy and support operational goals.

• Conduct root cause analyses to identify workforce management forecasting and scheduling process improvements.

• Effectively communicate data trends and expected outcomes to leadership, including senior management.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• 2+ years of forecasting experience. Experience with workforce management scheduling software preferred.

• 3+ years of Excel experience with strong knowledge of formula definitions.

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving, analytical and time-management skills.
