Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Workforce Management Techno-Functional Expert to lead enterprise scheduling and labor forecasting initiatives. You will own the functional lifecycle from demand forecasting to schedule generation, partnering with stakeholders, product, engineering, and vendors.

The ideal candidate has deep WFM platform experience (Infor, UKG, Legion), strong forecasting knowledge, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable, well-governed solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering Workforce Management solutions with deep expertise in forecasting, staffing, and scheduling.
• 7+ years’ experience with WFM scheduling constructs (rules, templates, shifts, optimization constraints) and forecasting concepts.
• 6+ years’ experience configuring, customizing, and debugging WFM solutions.
• 5+ years' experience with large enterprise WFM platforms (Infor/UKG/Legion) or similar tools.
• 3+ years’ partnering with SaaS vendors to deliver business outcomes.
• 3+ years in Agile environments with change management and vendor negotiation.
• 3+ years demonstrating strong communication and stakeholder leadership for decision making.
• 2+ years’ experience with analytical problem-solving and scalable solution delivery.
• 2+ years demonstrating growth mindset and developing self and others.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional strategy and design for demand forecasting, staffing plans, and schedule generation.
• Define scheduling patterns, rules, and governance to support compliance and business realities.
• Configure and customize vendor applications to meet business needs and drive end-to-end delivery.
• Drive enhancements and defects with proper documentation and standard tracking processes.
• Define reporting needs and partner on dashboards and operational reporting.
• Mentor and align HR, operations, and technology teams around WFM initiatives.
