Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Workforce Management Techno-Functional Expert to lead enterprise scheduling and labor forecasting. You will own the end-to-end functional lifecycle across demand forecasting, staffing plans, and schedule generation, partnering closely with stakeholders, product, engineering, and vendors.

Lead design, governance, and deployment of WFM solutions, ensure accurate analytics, and drive adoption across HR, operations, and technology teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering Workforce Management solutions with expertise in forecasting, staffing, and scheduling.
• 7+ years' experience with WFM scheduling constructs and forecasting concepts.
• 6+ years' experience configuring, customizing, and debugging WFM solutions.
• 5+ years' experience with large enterprise WFM platforms such as Infor WFM/Workbrain, UKG, Legion, or similar tools.
• 3+ years' partnering with SaaS vendors to deliver outcomes.
• 3+ years in Agile environments with change management and vendor negotiation.
• 3+ years' excellent communication and stakeholder leadership skills.
• 2+ years' analytical problem-solving and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of enterprise-grade scheduling and labor forecasting capabilities.
• Define forecasting workflows and operating models to produce reliable demand and staffing plans.
• Own functional delivery including configuration, customization, reporting, and integrations.
• Drive end-to-end lifecycle for enhancements, defects, and releases with proper documentation.
