Qualifications

• One year as Equal Opportunity Specialist 1 or HR Analyst 1 or
• Successful completion of the Pennsylvania Management Associate program or
• Two years of analytical experience in an equal opportunity program with one year of professional experience, and a bachelor's degree or
• Equivalent combination of experience and training

Responsibilities

• Program Management: support workforce initiatives by reviewing goals, evaluating progress, and coordinating with staff and partners
• Compliance Monitoring: review reports, analyze contractor activities, and conduct audits to ensure requirements are met
• Performance Tracking: maintain data and monitor participation to identify minority and women trainees opportunities
• Vendor Oversight: evaluate work statements, monitor responsibilities, review invoices, and resolve vendor issues
• Training Support: provide guidance on program processes and improvement needs
• Relationship Building: develop and maintain productive relationships with employers, agencies, and workforce partners
