Qualifications

  • One year as an Equal Opportunity Specialist 1 or Human Resource Analyst 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title).
  • Successful completion of the Pennsylvania Management Associate program or equivalent.
  • Two years of analytical experience in an equal opportunity program, with one year of professional experience, and a bachelor’s degree.
  • An equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

  • Program Management: Support workforce initiatives by reviewing program goals, evaluating progress, and coordinating with staff and partners.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Review reports, analyze contractor and vendor activities, and conduct audits to ensure program requirements are met.
  • Performance Tracking: Maintain data and monitor participation to identify opportunities for minority and women trainees.
  • Vendor Oversight: Evaluate work statements, monitor responsibilities, review invoices, and help resolve issues with vendors.
  • Training Support: Provide guidance to staff, contractors, and partners on program processes and improvement needs.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain productive working relationships with employers, agencies, and workforce partners.
