Cypress HCM is seeking a contractor to support Fab 4 Workforce Development with documentation systems, training materials, and records. You will manage documents, edit content, and ensure accuracy across repositories while coordinating with subject matter experts.

The role includes LMS administration, monitoring training requests, and updating training content and assignments to support manufacturing and production environments. Prior experience in documentation is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience writing technical documentation.
• Experience administering a learning management system.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with SharePoint.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and follow up on documentation change requests.
• Maintain documents using appropriate software, standards, styles, and templates.
• Edit and proofread documentation to ensure accuracy.
• Work with content experts to maintain document accuracy.
• Store documents in the appropriate repository and follow data management requirements.
• Adhere to learning administrator and training content standards as LMS admin.
• Monitor and follow up on training requests.
• Audit and update training content and assignments.
• Create and manage on-the-job training (OJT) certifications for controlled documents.

Duties

• Documentation Management
  • Monitor and follow up on documentation change requests
  • Maintain documents using appropriate software, standards, styles, and templates
  • Edit and proofread documentation
  • Work with content experts to maintain document accuracy
  • Store documents in the appropriate repository and follow data management requirements

• Learning Management System Admin

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or equivalent experience
• Required Experience
  • 2 years of experience writing technical documentation for new systems, equipment, or processes (preference for semiconductor domain).
• Preferred Experience
  • Experience administering a learning management system.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with SharePoint.
  • 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Compensation

• $24 - 29/hr W-2
