County of Tulare's Workforce Investment Board (WIB) in Visalia seeks an experienced administrator to lead a diverse portfolio of workforce development programs. The incumbent will supervise staff, oversee MIS, and help manage adult and youth initiatives.
Responsibilities include contract monitoring, preparing RFPs, ensuring program compliance with WIOA and related regulations, and analyzing expenditures to justify costs and grant allocations.
This recruitment will establish an employment list to fill current and any future vacancies within the Workforce Investment Board of Tulare County. Incumbent willbe responsible fora wide variety of administrative, supervisory, and technical work of a complex nature in the development and management of workforce development programs.
