Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day implementation of the SDP to support participant success and grant objectives.
• Serve as case manager for AmeriCorps Seniors volunteers with recruitment, data entry, and check-ins.
• Support development of participant recruitment strategies and partner relationships.
• Identify training sites and ensure positive training and volunteer experiences.
• Travel within service area to support partner meetings and events.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with AmeriCorps and NCOA standards.
