Job summary

Goodwill - Redwood Empire in Sebastopol is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to support daily store operations under the Store Manager. The role includes training staff and volunteers, maintaining inventory standards, and driving savings and sales while upholding Goodwill policies.

The position is flexible PT/FT, located at 6826 Sebastopol Avenue, with a starting wage of $23.00 per hour and eligibility for benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in an increasingly responsible supervisory/management position.
• High School diploma, or equivalent.
• Good math skills.
• Experience supervising or training employees, clients, or volunteers, including delivering instructions and providing regular feedback.
• Ability to handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints tactfully and professionally.

• Oversee daily store operations in coordination with the Store Manager.
