• Reach out to employers with WorkOne candidates to fill openings.
• Pre-screen candidates and collaborate with regional employers to hire talent.
• Advise on veteran, disabled veteran, and targeted programs when appropriate.
• Monitor assessments and vocational plan interests to refer to WIOA opportunities.
• Create outreach materials and attend job fairs to recruit talent.
• Provide technical assistance for users of ICC programs and other systems.
