Job summary

The State of Oklahoma's Department of Career and Technology Education (ODCTE) seeks a Workforce and Economic Development Coordinator to join the Workforce & Economic Development team. This full-time, on-site role is based in Stillwater with frequent in-state travel.

You will serve as a liaison between ODCTE, technology centers, and ACD programs, coordinate partnerships, support economic development initiatives, and help align WED and ACD services with statewide goals; a bachelor’s degree is

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison to technology center Workforce & Economic Development (WED) and Adult Career Development administrators and staff.
• Conduct visits to technology centers and provide frequent communication to the above delivery arms.
• Collaborate with appropriate internal and external entities.
• Explore partnership opportunities that help support the CareerTech system’s purposes and goals.
• Be able to work autonomously while completing responsibilities and manage time effectively.
