Job summary

Kingston and Sutton Council is recruiting a Workforce Development Coordinator to join the HR & OD service. The role supports fast-paced delivery of solutions-focused Learning and Organisational Development across the Council.

You will coordinate projects such as our Work Experience Programme, Staff Awards and Staff Network Day, while also managing L&D systems, training administration and staff communications.
