Job summary

Rescue Mission of Trenton is seeking a compassionate Workforce Development Care Coordinator to support individuals navigating Workforce Development services. You will serve as a connector, advocate and guide – helping clients access resources, create action plans and stay engaged in their vocational and recovery goals.

  • Familiarity with addictions, criminal justice impacted individuals and community‑based services preferred
  • Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

  • Provide care coordination, case management and for workforce development clients
  • Develop, coordinate, track referrals, service plans, and after‑care support with internal teams and community partners
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation and client records
  • Advocate for clients by connecting them to vocational, financial, and community resources
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to support client success
  • Participate in staff meetings, training and ongoing program development

In this role, you will serve as a connector, advocate and guide – helping clients access resources, create action plans and stay engaged in their vocational and recovery goals.

What You’ll Do

Schedule & Compensation

Monday – Friday (MWF – 8:00‑4:00 / T, Th 11:00‑7:00)

Salary: $55,702 annually
