Job summary

Groundworks New Mexico in Albuquerque seeks an Employment Coach to help participants plan and pursue career paths. You will support families with resumes, applications, and interview preparation, and connect them to workforce training and community resources.

You will develop partnerships with local employers, maintain documentation, track progress, and collaborate with Housing, Education, and Family Services teams while upholding confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human services or related field required or preferred.
  • Experience in case management, workforce development, or employment services.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
  • Valid New Mexico driver's license.
