Accenture is seeking a Workforce Design Lead in the Life Sciences Reinventive Enterprise practice in the United States. This role focuses on defining how roles evolve with AI deployment, owning the workforce transition strategy, and coordinating with Process Blueprint Leads and AI Innovators to align process, technology and people aspects.

• Strong client-facing communication skills at the VP and functional leadership level

We deploy the Reinvention Force: a human + AI team of Transformers, Workforce Architects, and AI & Data Innovators that makes reinvention real at enterprise scale. This is a high-visibility, high-impact practice with strong momentum and a clear path to Managing Director for high performers. The Workforce Design Lead leads the people change agenda for the pod's engagement. This role defines how roles evolve as AI is deployed within the pod's functional scope, owns the workforce transition strategy, and ensures the human side of the transformation lands at the same time as the technology.

Here’s What You Need:

• Workforce strategy, organizational design, or talent transformation in a consulting or in-industry context
• Demonstrated experience leading change management programs for technology or AI-driven transformation engagements
• Redesigning roles and capabilities in the context of large-scale process and technology change
• Familiarity with Life Sciences functional workforce dynamics and organizational structures
• Strong client-facing communication skills at the VP and functional leadership level

Bonus Points:

• MBA or advanced degree in organizational behavior, HR, or a related discipline
• Certification in change management (Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent)
• Experience designing human + AI role frameworks and capability transition plans in agentic AI environments
• Track record measuring and reporting workforce transformation adoption with quantitative metrics
• Experience across multiple Life Sciences functional areas (commercial, Life Sciences enterprise, manufacturing, or regulatory)

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
