Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Process Blueprint Lead in our Life Sciences Reinventive Enterprise practice. You will own the methodology for redesigning human + AI processes across transformation programs and serve as the primary design thinker at the engagement, mapping current work, designing future-state operating models, and ensuring high-quality blueprints.

You will collaborate with Value Architects and AI & Data Innovators to quantify value, lead senior stakeholder workshops, and travel as needed

About the role:

The Process Blueprint Lead owns the methodology and standards for how processes are redesigned across all transformation programs. This role is the primary design thinker for the engagement — mapping how work gets done today, designing the future-state human + AI operating model, and ensuring every reinvention initiative builds to a consistent, high-quality blueprint. This role sits at the intersection of business design and AI enablement.

The work:

• Own the methodology and standards for designing human + AI processes across all transformation workstreams, ensuring every pod follows a consistent approach before any technology is built
• Lead current-state process assessments across the engagement scope — understanding how work actually gets done, where friction exists, and what the data shows about productivity and capacity gaps
• Design the future-state operating model including human + AI process flows, role definition changes, and governance structures
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment workshops with client's functional leaders, driving to clear design decisions without losing rigor
• Own the Process Blueprint as the primary deliverable that defines the reinvented operating model and foundations for all execution workstreams
• Partner with Value Architects and AI & Data Innovators to ensure blueprints map to quantified value and are technically executable

Candidates must have at least 8 years of combined experience in the following areas:

Enterprise process redesign or operating model transformation at a top-tier consulting firm or leading Life Sciences organization, with demonstrated experience designing future-state operating models — not just documenting what exists. A proven track record facilitating senior stakeholder workshops and driving alignment across functional leaders with competing priorities on large-scale transformation programs. Experience designing human + AI process flows, governance structures, and ways of working for enterprise transformation programs. Strong understanding of how agentic AI, automation, and AI-enabled workflows are reshaping Life Sciences functional operations (commercial, Life Sciences enterprise, regulatory, manufacturing, or supply chain). Experience working across cross-functional teams including technologists, data engineers, and change practitioners.

• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as client and business needs require.

Preferred skills:

MBA or advanced degree in a relevant discipline. Hands-on experience using AI prototyping tools (e.g., Claude, GPT-4, or equivalent) to model future-state workflows before technology build commences. Certification in process design, Lean Six Sigma, process mining (Celonis or equivalent), or design thinking. Track record developing process methodology frameworks or reusable transformation assets at a top-tier consulting firm. Experience operating across multiple Life Sciences functional areas and geographies.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
