Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in data science, advanced analytics, or ML engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and R for data manipulation and modeling; strong SQL skills (PostgreSQL, Oracle).
• Experience with ML libraries (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Cloud experience (AWS GovCloud preferred) and big data tech (S3, EMR, Redshift).
• Clearance: TS/SCI w/ Poly.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and validate predictive models and ML algorithms to solve federal challenges.
• Extract, clean, and analyze large structured/unstructured dataจาก disparate sources using ETL tools.
• Implement anomaly detection and fraud prevention using advanced algorithms.
• Create dashboards and reports with tools like QuickSight, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy models into production services and microservices.
• Ensure data handling and model deployments comply with DoD/NIST security standards.
• Monitor model performance in production and retrain to prevent drift.
