• Assess and clean historical Explorer data to establish a baseline for a comprehensive longitudinal outcomes study.
• Develop and refine advanced data collection tools and community research partnerships to evaluate program impact.
• Collaborate with Program Managers and community partners to design seasonal, workforce-focused events integrated into the Explorer senior year curriculum (structured to become annual events).
