  • Analyze operational data and workforce metrics to support staffing decisions.
  • Coordinate shift assignments, schedule changes, coverage, and time-off requests.
  • Monitor real-time workforce activity and adjust to maintain coverage.
  • Identify shortages, capacity issues, and scheduling conflicts and escalate them.
  • Collaborate with operations managers, team leaders, HR, and other stakeholders.
  • Track productivity, utilization, attendance, service levels, and other indicators.
  • Support workforce forecasting and capacity planning activities.
  • Maintain accurate employee and scheduling records.
  • Prepare regular workforce reports and provide insights to management.
  • Assist with onboarding, staffing changes, and related admin activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, scheduling accuracy, and utilization.
  • Support implementation and improvement of workforce management processes and tools.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor staffing levels, workload, attendance, availability, and capacity to identify gaps or overages.
  • Prepare and maintain workforce schedules, forecasts, reports, and staffing trackers.
  • Analyze operational data and workforce metrics to support staffing and scheduling decisions.
  • Coordinate shift assignments, schedule changes, coverage, and time-off requests.
  • Monitor real-time workforce activity and make adjustments when necessary to maintain adequate coverage.
  • Identify staffing shortages, capacity issues, and scheduling conflicts and escalated them appropriately.

Requirements

  • Experience analyzing workforce data and operational performance metrics.
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including formulas, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Experience creating and maintaining staffing schedules and workforce reports.
  • Experience coordinating schedule changes, coverage, and resource allocation.
  • Familiarity with workforce management systems and scheduling platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with employees, managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
