Job summary

Florida Department of Transportation seeks a WF Analytics & Policy Planning Manager to lead HR analytics, policy planning, and workforce reporting. You will supervise staff, design executive-level data briefings, and drive strategic HR initiatives within a state agency.

The role requires strong knowledge of personnel rules, records management, and compliant processes, with a focus on secure, accurate reporting and policy implementation.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of state personnel system statutes and rules.
• Knowledge of the People First personnel system.
• Knowledge of state public records laws and processes.
• Knowledge of state records retention laws and processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate employees; manage hiring, transfers, promotions and discipline.
• Design and deliver high-level data presentations to senior leadership.
• Oversee data analytics team and ensure timely workforce reporting.
• Oversee records team and ensure compliant handling of public records.
• Serve as SME for performance management and coordinate communications on deadlines.
• Coordinate HR policy updates and training documentation.
