Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of state personnel system statutes, rules, and People First personnel system.
• Knowledge of state public records laws, processes, and records retention requirements.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office suite programs and data analysis; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to supervise staff, communicate effectively verbally and in writing, and analyze state personnel rules.
• Ability to advise management on sensitive issues and work collaboratively to complete assignments.
