Job summary

The role involves cross-functional collaboration with HR leaders, Finance, and IT, and offers placement on Oahu, Maui, or Hawaii Island. The position is full-time with a salary range of $79,600 to $101,600.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, stats, data science, CS or related field required.
• Advanced understanding of workforce planning, staffing analysis, HR metrics, and regulatory reporting.
• Proficiency in HR systems, reporting tools, and data sources.
• Advanced Excel skills; SQL or similar query tools preferred.
• MS Office at intermediate/advanced level; data governance practices.
• Experience with workforce analytics, data validation and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain workforce dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to track trends and demographics.
• Support staffing analyses, position inventories, and workforce forecasting with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Maintain data integrity across HR systems and enable data-driven decision-making.
• Provide workforce metrics and decision support to HR leadership and stakeholders; assist with compliance reporting.
