Job summary

Hawaiian Electric in Hilo, Hawaii seeks an Assistant Mobile Workforce Specialist to support the Asset Data Applications group in managing mobile technologies and work management systems. You will help deploy policies, train users, and resolve technical issues.

The role requires 1–3 years in work management and mobile tech, plus degree in MIS or similar. You will collaborate with ITS, empower field personnel, and provide after-hours support during incidents.

Qualifications

• Degree in Management Information Systems or similar, preferred.
• Experience with mobile technologies in utility operations is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP ERP is advantageous.
• Strong writing and training material development skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Work Management and Mobility programs for mobile tech adoption.
• Deliver hands-on user training and create documentation.
• Collaborate with IT and ITS to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Develop reports for stakeholders and gather user feedback.
• Assist during Incident Command Team events and drills.
• Ensure security and login issue support for mobile devices.
