Job summary

Veriipro in Boston is seeking a Workforce Analytics & Reporting Analyst to manage workforce data, deliver dashboards and reports, and support staffing, productivity, and attendance insights. You will partner with HR, Finance, IT, and operations leaders to define reporting requirements, ensure data integrity, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations for executive audiences.

You will also develop scorecards, monitor data quality, and drive process improvements through automation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Business Analytics, HR, IS, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Experience in business operations, workforce operations, payroll, scheduling, time and attendance, workforce reporting, analytics, or related area.
• Advanced or strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to interpret data and identify meaningful insights.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting data to leadership.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
• Healthcare industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate workforce administration activities including payroll coordination, scheduling, time and attendance.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports covering staffing levels, productivity, and key metrics.
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare executive‑level presentations and performance reports communicating insights.
• Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and operations on planning, reporting requirements, and initiatives.
• Monitor data quality, investigate discrepancies, and improve data integrity processes.
• Leverage BI tools to streamline reporting and visibility into performance.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Support forecasting, workforce planning, and analysis of staffing needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through data analysis and automation.
• Maintain documentation and standardized reporting processes for consistency.
