UCSF Health, AG is seeking a workforce analyst on the People Analytics team in San Francisco. The role supports reporting, analytics, and metric development to inform operational and strategic decisions, partnering with analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver reporting products.

The position spans workforce demographics, movement, HR operational analytics, engagement, and compliance-related initiatives, translating requirements into technical solutions and communicating findings

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years with structured data using SQL, Python, R or similar.
• 2+ years developing reports from large data sets.
• Experience translating business questions into analytic approaches and actionable recommendations.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS 365 Excel.
