Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation in Savannah, GA, seeks a Workforce Analytics Analyst to transform HR data into strategic insights. You will leverage Power BI and Excel to build dashboards, ad-hoc reports, and metrics that influence employee experience and people decisions.

Under minimal supervision, you will support Workforce Analytics tools, provide SME guidance, and collaborate with stakeholders across HR.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business or Information Systems required or equivalent experience.
2 years of experience in HR, Analytics, or Information Systems.
Experience with Visier Workforce Analytics and Planning or similar tool.
Under minimal supervision, support the HR Workforce Analytics function as SME.

Responsibilities

Generate advanced ad-hoc and production reports, metrics and analytics.
Discover and explore patterns and trends.
Collaborate with customers to create standardized reporting libraries and dashboards.
Ensure stakeholders are trained and current in report libraries and end-user tools.
Work with internal stakeholders on data reconciliation.
Develop new/enhanced metrics and reporting methods and documentation.
Drive process improvements to strengthen controls and reduce production time.
Support preparation and validation of data for onboarding into the enterprise workforce analytics tool.
