Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an HR Reporting Analyst to create HR reports and drive reporting projects using Workday reporting and Power BI. You will handle requests from the case management system, collaborate with HR partners, and help with requirements gathering and UAT.

A strong Excel skillset and data storytelling are essential for influencing data-driven decisions. You will work in a hybrid environment with in-office days and flexible scheduling, partnering with Workforce Analytics to deliver

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • Three or more years of reporting and data analysis experience.
  • Experience with Workday reporting and HR reporting insights is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI for dashboards and ad-hoc analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Process Workday report requests received through U.S. Bank’s case management system.
  • Collaborate with business partners to prioritize requests and needs.
  • Partner with Workforce Analysts and Business Partners to analyze data and present results.
  • Develop dashboards in Power BI and ensure compliance with data sharing standards.
