Job summary

NewCold Lebanon, IN is seeking a Planner/Workflow Planner/Wave Planner to coordinate receiving and dispatching activities, improve warehouse workflows, and support safe, efficient operations for a rapidly growing cold storage leader.

You will work with customers, carriers and the onsite team to ensure timely, accurate order handling and continuous process improvements. Training and strong collaboration are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent required.
• AA Degree or equivalent level of training preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in planning and operations.
• 3+ years of Microsoft Office Suite Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with SharePoint required.
• Must be at a minimum of intermediate level on computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate activities for receiving and dispatching goods.
• Develop a professional on-site culture aligned with company values and health & safety.
• Ensure orders are processed and dispatched per customer requirements and KPIs.
• Collaborate with customers, carriers and warehouse team to optimize workflows and efficiencies.
• Use systems effectively to maintain quality and accurate loading/unloading.
