Job summary

Munich Re America Services (MRAS) is seeking a Workflow Coordinator in Princeton, NJ. You will identify and distribute a high volume of accounting and claims related correspondence, ensuring accurate routing to the correct loss numbers, departments, and staff.

Responsibilities include categorizing client correspondence (first notice of loss, updates, financial statements), researching new losses in the global reinsurance system before labeling content, and responding to internal and external

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2+ years of office experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Munich Re systems.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Outlook.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication and teamwork.
• Ability to handle high volume intake and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to automation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and categorize correspondence from clients by content (loss notices, updates, financial statements, etc.).
• Ensure correspondence is assigned to the correct loss number, department, and staff.
• Research newly reported losses to confirm they do not already exist in the global reinsurance system.
• Respond to internal and external client requests using written and verbal communication.
• May participate in projects as needed.
