Job summary

Unrivaled Teamwear seeks an inventory and packaging associate to maintain hangtags, stickers, and pre-price tickets for customer orders. You will assist multiple departments with production questions and perform duties across production and packing as needed.

The role involves cycle counts, printing labels and paperwork, and supporting the Golf events team with print tasks. Strong MS Office skills and warehousing experience are preferred.

Overview

This position's main function is to maintain inventory of all hangtags, stickers, and all pre-price tickets for customer orders including sample orders. Assist several departments with production related issues and/or questions. Able to perform in all areas when requested.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 7am-4pm & Friday 7am - 11am

• Process Domestic and international shipments via Campus Ship UPS (Design, sourcing, etc.)
• Customs compliance: international shipping invoice creation
• Review hot list for, NSF, Jack Beanie, Decotex, Southern Apparel and ASI to look out for needed supplies and Pre-Price; requiring filling supply request
• Creation and updating of VAS sheets based on vendor compliance manual
• Maintain customer supplied Pre-Price cabinet by working with ASA's.
• Communicate with the Golf Sales team to receive and print tickets and labels for all Golf events.
• Print special Pre-Price for Kohl's requiring printer and cutter.
• Print carton ID's for packaging.
• Cycle count supplies and use supplies ordered Log - use spreadsheet and monthly inventory to keep record of usage and make sure we receive all ordered trims.
• Communicate with purchasing, licensing and other sources to order and maintain inventory for supply trims.
• Run the Heritage report to track status of orders (MTO)
• Assist with updating and maintaining all packaging manuals.
• Assist in packaging when needed
• Retail - Packing of retail order, pack configurations, set up orders, print labels/paperwork, make changes, group move and ship completion process. (For in-house and sources)
• Train others in the packing of retail and DCA orders.
• Order Pre-Price from Fine Line for both Lenexa and Near shore. and keep track of UA supplies.
• Responsible for ordering and shipping all MTO trims for the Spring and Fall season.
• Create and maintain excel reports pertaining to finishing, packing of ATO, DCA. MTO and Retail orders.
• Accurately inputs data from Productions Daily Productivity Sheets into the MS Access database.
• Maintains and organizes Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Yearly Productivity Reports for Productions Productivity tracking.
• Able to perform job assignments from all production managers.
• Perform all duties as the backup Packaging Lead role when required.

Qualifications
