Job summary

ROMARK located in Hazleton, PA, is seeking a Team Lead for the second shift to supervise inbound and outbound warehouse activities from 3 PM to 11 PM. You will assign trucks, oversee loading and put-away, and ensure accuracy, safety, and on-time performance while coaching team members.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong math and attention to detail, solid Excel and data-entry skills, and proven leadership to drive productivity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• Basic PC skills (data entry, Excel spreadsheets).
• Strong communication skills (written, oral and penmanship).
• Ability to frequently lift 35 lbs and occasionally up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inbound responsibilities include unloading, transporting and put-away; assign trucks to doors.
• Outbound responsibilities include picking, transporting, loading, sealing trailers and staging.
• Provide leadership and fosters positive employee relations through communication, coaching and development.
• Address maintenance or repair issues for building facilities, vehicles and equipment with management.
• Provide Shift Supervisor with performance feedback for evaluations and improvement.
• Assist with identifying and resolving process or procedural issues to boost productivity.
• Assist warehouse employees with resolving work/process problems.
• Examine and monitor employee work for accuracy, neatness and quality standards.
• Promote safe work practices and lead by example.
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
