Azenta Inc. is seeking a Workflow & Automation Specialist to drive laboratory automation and optimization initiatives across Americas.

You will work with strategic customers, sales teams, applications specialists, and leadership to translate customer needs into scalable life sciences solutions. The role requires deep understanding of life science workflows, automation technologies, and strong commercial acumen to improve research outcomes and operating efficiency.

Qualifications

Strong technical and scientific background with ability to articulate complex workflow solutions.
Experience supporting research programs, laboratory operations, or automation initiatives.
Ability to engage effectively with scientists, laboratory managers, operational leaders, and executives.
Strong presentation, communication, and consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within strategic accounts.
Understand customer workflows, automation challenges, and objectives.
Advise customers on workflow and automation solutions to improve productivity and scalability.
Support expansion across instrumentation, consumables, and automation platforms.
Influence product roadmaps through VOC and customer feedback.
