Job summary

Auburn University at Montgomery (AUM) is seeking a Form and Workflow Automation Designer for a full-time role. The candidate will design and support workflows for forms, contracts, MOAs, and memorandums using ALSDE platforms like Microsoft Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps, Perfect Forms, and DocuSign.

Responsibilities include developing new automated workflows, integrating across ALSDE tools, and providing documentation, training, and presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology related field or MOS Certification or 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with MS Office Applications, HTML, JSON, and API Management.
• Knowledge of form design, workflow automation, and software integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and support workflows for forms, contracts, MOAs, and memorandums.
• Develop new automated workflows across ALSDE platform tools.
• Update workflows and provide training, documentation, and presentations.
• Coordinate work and manage multiple projects with strong user interface design.
